The food was good , staff was friendly , and there was always something to do. Marco Odallys at the front desk was very helpful!
Rooms were small , and the pool area felt overcrowded. The attempts to sell services were quite pushy, which was exhausting.

The hospitality is beyond amazing.
My stay was seriously marred by the pool closing too early. It really cut into our enjoyment, and I felt like I was missing out on the fun. The $200 charge for not returning the bracelets is outrageous. I can't believe they'd impose that without clear instructions! I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

It was just a top selection for a walk in the evening in Cancun with outstanding value for money. The bartenders by the pool were very friendly and mixed amazing cocktails. Don't forget to return the bracelets. otherwise, expect a hefty charge.
